The hotel's location was superb, being very close to the city center and within walking distance to all the main key tourist sites. Additionally, there were two different restaurants nearby that both provided good food options. The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom had plenty of mirrors. The service provided by the staff was exceptional and they made sure to attend to all my needs. The breakfast offered a generous and delicious buffet.
The hotel lacked a casino and karaoke facilities, which would have added to the entertainment options for guests.

The hotel had a beautiful and charming atmosphere, creating a pleasant environment for our romantic escape. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the stylish decor. the location was convenient, great to easily walk to various attractions in the city.
Aspects: Unfortunately, there were a few aspects that did not meet our expectations. the room was smaller than anticipated, made our stay a bit cramped.

I loved the location of this hotel, as it was within walking distance to the historic city center and all the main attractions, including the galleria de la academia. The staff at the hotel were friendly and professional, always going above and beyond to assist us with any requests or reservations. We were really surprised by the beautiful rooftop terrace at this hotel, offering amazing views of the city. The atmosphere had a charming Wes Anderson feel that really appealed to us. The hotel was beautifully designed with a great bar area and a rooftop terrace. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to public transport and within walking distance to the main attractions. The internet service was also reliable.
The rooms were a bit smaller than expected, and not all rooms were the same size. This should be reflected in the price.
